The Window Covering Safety Council Partners With Design Star Kim Myles Chic and Cordless is In Style Every Season New York, NY (September 23, 2014) – The Window Covering Safety Council (WCSC), a coalition of major U.S. manufacturers, importers and retailers of window coverings dedicated to educating parents and caregivers to only use cordless window covering products in homes with young children, has partnered with interior design expert and TV personality, Kim Myles. According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), corded window coverings are one of the top five hidden dangers in American homes, with infants and children dying each year from accidentally strangling in window cords.
